Send the same documents again, with a covering letter explaining that you uploaded them once before, but that they are still the same. Not much else you can do really
The reason for document request indicating current location, is so that they confirm you are actually in the country that you’re applying from - sounds strange but is a very common request. Those who visit other countries, to apply for the visa, are normally requested to show an entry stamp.
Those that live in the country of application, can show something such as a drivers licence, utility bill (not mobile phone bill) or sometimes other documents are accepted. Hope this helps.
it’s a tough one really it is. I will however note that they have been getting alot stricter with the whole approval process recently, including the requests for pictures of all pages from the passport.
One thing you could do, though I’m not condoning it in any way, is to take a picture of every page now - if ever you’re asked, you already have the pictures. I mean, if you’re going to risk it anyway, prepare yourself in advance at least.
Honestly, it’s tough to give advice when the process is the process…. Hopefully you won’t have an issue. These things never seem to be straight forward, which can be quite annoying in its entirety. 😩
they may not…. But they may do. I just wouldn’t want to risk it. But that’s just my personal thing… I get, that it sucks waiting around etc.. but it’s just one of those things..
Btw, didn’t notice at all that you were a girl, so apologies for the “he” ✌️
I mean, you say it’s unreasonable. But actually, if you had applied in person, you give your passport so you have no choice but to stay in the country until it’s approved or otherwise.
If he leaves, and then they ask him for an interview and to show each page of his passport at interview - what does he do then? All hypothetical of course; yet still remains true.
apologies, it wasn’t your first question, rather your first point reference the 3 months. As this post shows an approval, based on the equivalent of 500K THB being deposited a week prior. So it actually does answer this point.
