 she got the Visa already it mean she got the email approval, she just confuse that if she need to book an apointment to collect the visa or not. If you know can answer her, no need to be toxic like that

You can send an email to Hanoi/HCMC consulate, they can show you how to do, or better to call them, they are nice and helpfull
