Because they can see from their screen.... they scan your passport and if you have a valid TDAC it will show up on the screen beside your details..... so there's no need to see your physical copy.

No need to ho down yo the branch..... my new phone could not login although I had downloaded the banking app.

A call to the customer service solved that..... apparently they only allow one device to be linked to the bank account. The CSO deleted my old phone (make, model, & number required) and replaced with it with my new phone. Bank app worked perfectly after that.
