Nongnuch Kamdee Immigration are not even consistent with their own rules!

No one can guarantee anything with Thai immigration.

Like most countries: If you look presentable and are white, problem free. If you look like a hobo, from a poor country or are a shade of brown, be sure you have hotel bookings, return tickets and cash available.

All my experiences with Thai immigration have been very fair.

It depends how much the immigration dislikes you. The vast majority are never asked, the only time they want to physically see cash in that instant is as a convenient excuse to refuse entry.

But did you explicitly go down to immigration and cancel it after with your completion documents.

If not it will cause issues for future visas, even if expired and void.

Whatever idea you have, forget it. Either sell it or store it in your home country. Your car will not drive on Thai roads. Get over it or find a different country to live. Smarter more well funded people have tried and failed

If a tree falls in a forest and no one heard it, did it really fall?

The main thing will be where you are declaring tax, remitting income and ensuring its a foreign company with no jurisdiction.
