Normally it's the same address as long as you don't change land lord and you can do it yourself if your landlord gives the signed copy of house registration and ID card to you... No need of payment as such.

If someone transfers and gives you a sponsor letter, it should be OK. You apply DTV online in your country, get the visa approval, enter Thailand with approved visa, at immigration they stamp your passport. We are visa agency and can help you if need.

Change visa type

you have to go out to apply for non-O visa or you can come in with tourist visa that can be converted to non-O and then retirement visa with extension.

You both can apply for retirement visa. This is the best option. DTV is not at all a good option as per my opinion. If you would like to discuss, please send me a message via messenger.

you must have a business in Thailand if you own property and the business should give you a visa to live and operate business in Thailand. DTV is not meant for people doing business in Thailand. Hence, most probably it will be rejected.

first of all if you have a DTV you already must have all information from the agency when you applied for it or you already should have gathered all information. DTV is for 5 years and every 180 days you need to go out and re-enter and this is free. if you have gone out anytime other than this also it does NOT cost anything as DTV comes with multiple entry permits.
