Anonymous participant Doesn't work. VOA is only a 15 day visa. Banks won't touch it. A anonymous contributor saying that can be done is bs.

I only use cards, don't know about apps. Most places that don't take cash will accept cards. I just had a month in Australia, didn't use cash once, and I'm still alive! 😂

Yes many live very cheaply. I guess those living on such small monthly amounts couldn't afford the 800k anyway. I agree the 800k is ridiculous. Aussie super pays around 10% tax free which would easily pay for an agent, but I've no idea what these people live on if they're not transferring any money.
