Immigration now ask’s me to submit a self completed TM.28 instead of a TM.30 (as I’m in the same boat as you), when I attend for any KK immigration task. Still need Landlord ID, house book with rental contract and all seems to be effortless again
Non OA you can.. that’s why you are being told to leave the country as this is 1 of 2 ways to open a bank account on retirement.. the other is to use an agent (and don’t go to Bangkok bank I would recommend )
