a single entry Tourist Visa is valid for USE FOR ONE SINGLE ENTRY for 90 days after its issue date. When he ENTERS Thailand on this Tourist Visa, he will get stamped in for 60 days. You are confusing the visa validity with the duration of the stay permit

You are misleading! The visa is valid for use until November 9th, for ONE entry. Upon entering, he gets stamped in for 60 days. He can extend ONCE for 30 more days. So the maximum he can get out of this visa is THREE months, not 4 months
damn, you are right. I have confused it with the 90-days single entry Non-O visa. Surely the 365-days Non-Imm-O/A visa has a 1-year validity beginning on the day of issue . . .
the Non-O/A visa, when issued, will allow you to enter Thailand within a period of 3 months starting from the issue date. Upon entry within the visa-validtity date, you will get stamped in for a 365-days stay permit. Many people do mistakenly think that you can use the visa for an entry 6 months after it has been isued. This is wrong. You need to check the date on the visa.pdf document, after the words "visa must be used until"
youare WRONG. . . . . an employment or an income proof is NOT required for the application to a Multi EntryTourist Visa . . . the E-Visa online system however can askyou to upload bank printouts showing three months of a minimum of equivalent of 20,000 THB in your home bank account
