the issue is that my family got approved and I did not I did not. I was mad to wait. I get how long it takes. But if we are in the same batch of requested documents email why did I get skipped?

the COE took 2 days we did that through the LA office as that did not require proof of location as the visa did. The LA office is way better.

What is the typical turnaround time for a Thai E-Visa application and do I need to send anything to the consulate?

Washington DC approved my whole family, except me in a bit over a week. They told me to wait the process and that the process normally is 15 days and there is a line ahead of me. My process number was first before my families. I had to cancel mine and landed and go the 30 day.

So. Everything got approved for my whole family, expect my Visa. The embassy said to wait the process, but my Visa submission number was before thiers, so? TR30 for me.
