if you are getting a visa exemption medium stay put nothing in or fill out the visa application form and put that in to show that you are ready to process

Yes COE is issued prior, just start it and get registered. Once approved you need to book flights and Shaba + hotel who they issue you a code to log on and pay for Covid tests.

1st November this all changes thou..

Ok so I did the COE online I’m suppose to wait, they say check with a 6 digits number but once I submitted I never got a reference or a number and I’m back to calling an unattended phone..
