even reading and understanding the the need for the applications it was still rejected. Our case was that we had a non b visa before with our digital business in Thailand, we assume that they didn’t like that even though we don’t have any business in Thailand now. If you don’t have a history with a non b visa then you should be ok without an agent. But again, personal preference.
we didn't use an agent for our first application workaction route in Hanoi, which was rejected. Then we got a visa agent (Siam Legal) for our 2nd attempt & it has been extremely useful for us. Regretted that we didn't do it the first time. I guess if you go the soft power route, you should be fine, if you go the work action route, it might make more sense as they seem to be asking for more documents & they can help you make sure you submit the most appropriate ones.
Anonymous participant 786 yeah I think they didn’t like the fact that there was previously a Thai company present. We spoke to an agency now & even though we have all the right papers they recommend us to go the soft power route in our case, applying to the embassy in Laos.
