for some reason they keep refusing the letter of employment I sent them. They said is not sufficient. Do you know what this letter should include for them to accept it? What do they mean by letter head? This is what the email says.

Please submit following document to email and include your Full name as Subject: 1. Support letter from the employee is not sufficient. Please submit a new letter. The letter should have a proper letter head and includes Full Name, position, period of employment and signed by the authorized (i.e. HR department or manager). The Embassy does not accept offer letter / job description / contract agreement as a proof of employment.
