There are plenty of flights to leave Thailand. Most countries Embassy's have stated that you should return home ASAP. Thai Immigration clearly state what's in the image. If you are using the amnesty that means you have no visa and as such once boarders reopen you must leave within 7 days and apply for a new visa.
