- very much appreciate the assistance you are providing here. I was planning to go to Phnom Penh on October 17th (the day my current retirement visa expires), but see they are moving to evisa so that's no good.

I hope you don't mind my asking, but is Taipei suitable for someone who has no activity in Taiwan at all? I can just fly there for a short break and apply, even though I would have no local address?
