It does not matter where the money comes from but whether or not you have the required money in your account at the right time for the right amount of time.

Yes you have to have a copy of the house book to show them as it must match the ID card., I do every 2 years as my house rental is every 2 years and i also have a yellow book too, the land lord cannot refuse you the copy of the house book if he does go see a lawyer or go to the local office to complain.

Your visa is good for 60 days then you can extend for another 30 and then you must leave and come back in again later, good for 6 months at a time, you are on a tourist visa, so you are a tourist so after 6 months you either renew or not ,your type of visa is unusual but obtainable from a Thai embassy in the UK.Tourists don't usually stay longer than 30 to 60 days so at the border they may think you are trying to stay longer than you are entitled too, go with the flow it will all work out in the end. Once you apply for and get a retirement visa it is much better.

Fokke Akker No. all expats must file a tax return if they stay more than 180 days per year and if they have money coming in from overseas in excess of 120,000 baht per year. This does not mean you have to pay taxes, but this new rule came into effect in Jan 1st, 2024
