Hello there, could you advise the name that you input in the application? As we Singaporean, our passport does not indicate surname and given name. Do you put your surname in the surname/family name column and the name in the given name column?

Or you put your full name including the surname in the given given name column in the application form?

Do you have any Hanyu pinyi? Do you also key in or just ignore it?
