Yeah, wife and I caught Covid before our flight from Bangkok to Tokyo. We were forced into a 10 day lockdown at Pragam 9, 11 th floor. Although we failed the test required we had zero symptoms and felt great because we had a Covid booster in California long before Thailand even had the vaccine. Anyway we were late to depart and paid 6,000 baht at the airport. In cash. 500 baht per day. I did notice our departure stamp was RED….

a surplus of condos with no renters. We got our condo for $258 a month (9,000) baht. The place is nice but some condos sit empty a long time.

Rent for at least the first year. Buying in a poor market is really stupid. I know guys who can’t sell after 2 years.
