If yes, u either get a visa before entering or pay immigration mynmar 500b for a temporary visit stamp.

On entry to Thailand

You need

1) a outbound flight ticket

2) cash 20,000baht

3) proof of hotel booking

But seldom you will be asked for the above mentioned.
