Hey Asli, you should be fine with just two pages, the Thai visa sticker needs a full page, the stamps will be put there where there is space. Malaysian border officials are actually very nice and will put their stamps on an empty space anywhere in your passport, just ask.

As for visa, you can take your visa application form to any of the guesthouses in Chulia Street and they will do it for you. Of course not for free but still cheaper than to drive twice to the embassy.

Your work permit doesn't expire with your visa, it has it's own expiry date. Although your NON-B visa will expire within 7 days or so, once your work permit is not valid anymore.
