Whats the procedure to change from OA to O?

I have my Bangkok Bank account in Bangkok but can get the necessary visa letter from Bangkok Bank in Rayong. I opened a second account in Rayong to use for monthly expenses.

if she's going in a partner visa and intends settlement there is no requirement for reason to return to Thailand. Suitable accomodation however does need evidence.

62k in the bank is BS. Call Key Visa Pattaya for advice. It may have changed but for partner visa you needed to be earning 18.6k or have 40k in the bank.

Non O-A is a long stay visa usually based on retirement applied for outside of Thailand. Non O is I think an extension to a short stay (initially short stay) which you can then apply for 1 year extension based on retirement provided you have 0 in a Thai bank account or 0 based on marriage. These must be in a thai bank account for 2 months prior to applying for an extension of a Non O visa.
