I’m under remote work but the foreign company I am employed to is that of my own.

You could say I freelance but I wouldn’t say I’m on a workcation.

I’m having to fill this TDAC out so I can return back to my home in Phuket where my girlfriend and my dog is waiting for me. I brought my dog to Thailand, from Australia. He couldn’t go back directly. I would never of brought him over if I was on a workcation.

And I only leave Thailand every 6 months because I have to, it’s annoying. It’s not to avoid becoming a tax resident, I don’t care if I had to pay tax as I can pay myself personally very little.

Indeed, but feel free to enlighten me on what my other alternatives are as an Australian national yet to be in his 30s. I’m about three decades away from being able to go for a retirement visa.
