 yes she will be taken as a hand luggage cause ain't no way she's going anywhere else. I had a very bad experience with my mom's cats being thirsty like I've never seen after a 30 hour journey with one layover, like the airline staff just completely forgot to give them water during the entire trip. Thank you for your help!

 she's got a passport already as she actually moved to France 10 years ago so the procedures won't be new to me but I'm not sure about the thailand part
