When I did "visa run" last year, after 3 time on the same year they want to block me at the airport, after some talk they let me 1 last time stay here, when I leaved, immigration at airport was not very happy and give me again a warning ( I was leaving ... ), I come back with dtv, no problem.

So yes you are at risk, at least for a warning/talk with immigration , and maybe more ...
