You can use two accounts even in different currencies. It's just make a sheet explaining and converting in THB if necessary. The important point it's to make clear for the consulate officer understand you have the money required

The first time, they asked for more documents regarding my company's registration, and the second time, they asked for translations of my bank statements (some of which were in Portuguese).
