Can I submit my first 90-day report via registered mail in Thailand?

Depends which immigration office you report too. We did our first 90 day report to Immigration Division 1 by EMS. Required filled up TM47, TM30, Passport picture page, visa page, last entry page. Include self addressed and stamped (EMS return) envelope. Took 5 or 6 weeks to get the approved 90 day Report back. Next time we will try on-line.
