I am 100% total and permanent disabled through the VA so I can't get a job but I make a good amount from monthly payment to take care of us and her family.

but what happens if she doesn't get a visa granted then I wasted my time going back to the US. And I don't want to spend that time away from her. That's why I am staying here to be with her
