Just go for insurance in Thailand, not worldwide.

Maybe speak to an Agent.

I’m using AA Insurance and their quotes are a lot cheaper, and i’m 66.

I would suggest Non O (retirement) visa with 800,000 baht in a Thai bank.

Start with a 3 month visa from the UK or wherever you love outside of Thailand, and then apply for 12 month extension.

I hope all goes well.

I’ll be arriving in September with a non O visa.

I also own a property in Hua Hin.

Have you completed a TM30?

I’m trying to, but struggling.
