What vaccinations and documents are required for bringing a pet cat to Thailand from Spain?

Make sure you apply the import permit in advance. It took us 2 weeks to get the permit. The first week, no response at all, so we had to get a help from thai embassy in the USA. We had to push back our plan because of this and costs over $1000 extra.
