Hi Phil , I’m hoping to split my year between South Africa and Thailand, I would of liked to spend more time in Thailand where I won’t need to pay rent, ideally an eight/four month split , I live in the Uk , lots to figure out by 2026 when I retire

I don’t really want to travel a lot besides backwards and forwards to Cape Town
