you get it from from wherever you are staying. It’s like a rental agreement & therefore shows ‘intent to stay’ in the country.

So mine should show I’ve paid for a 12month rental.

I’ll be in the same position in a few months.

A friend went into BangkokBank recently & they told her they would open one with a TM30 & obvs all your I.D.s

But it seems to be a fluid response dep on what day it is & if the person you ask CBA. 🤷‍♂️ ……good luck.
