yep not disputing that. Just saying my niece recently went to Norway on holiday and returned to Thailand and had no issue using the free state quarantine.

ah ok. I hadn’t heard anything about the authorities checking particular circumstances. For example my Thai niece went to Norway recently and has since returned and went straight to the free state quarantine in Sattahip.

Strange, I was in Pattaya immigration the other day and it was near empty. I didn’t see 1 person waiting for a reentry permit.

I don’t think they will ask for fit to fly certs/corona free certs. I think they will just ensure 14 day quarantine upon arrival. Good luck.
