Still not sure about that. I dont have any paperwork or documentation specifying it.

They said to my wife in BKK that I'm banned for 5 years, but I havent seen it in writing.

I may need to go to the LA Thai embassy.

I cant say what will happen to you, but many of the guys I met in the IDC said they were rounded up like jews in nazi germany.

Most were overstay, some were refugees, a few were legitimately legal with visa's or extentions and illegally detained and awaiting deportation, like me.

A couple were actually fighting with attorneys but sitting there for months fighting it.

No. I spent 6 days in Bangkok IDC and now at the airport waiting for my deported flight back to the US.

Apparently the Cheangwattana office made a mistake 2 years ago about my stay here invalidating all of my since then, stamps, visas, extensions etc.

Making me pay for their screw-up and separating me from my wife and baby son.

Im being escorted in the back of a police car now, on my way to the IDC. I most likely will be deported now.

They decided to pull me out of the crowd and do this just to say no.

I had all my docs in order also.

Is the Chaengwattana office open tomorrow? Thursday?

So, its all settled then, up to and no more than 17 months or 515 days on one visa right?
