If you don’t use extensions and go back to your home country for at least a month you can come back

The issue is staying over 180 days

At that point, you need to pay taxes and get a visa

I am not sure of where you are from. For me, being from the US, I just fill out my digital arrival form and show up

Thailand gives me 60 days

That’s a tourist visa per see

If you don’t have the right visa, it can be impossible to set up a Thai bank account

I think it’s fine to come twice a year for even 60 days each time

But 174 days versus 120 is a different story

I’ve had no issues with 120 days last two years

But I have heard of many trying to get 180 days having issues
