Just to clarify: everything was legal 60 days, +30 extension, and then a single visa run where I re-entered on a standard visa exemption.

I’m of course working directly with an agency, and their legal department already reviewed all my documents and confirmed high chances of success.

I’m only asking here to hear from people with similar experience under the new rules, not instead of the agency.

But yes, I will leave before my “Admitted Until” date, so that part is clear.

I am currently in Thailand.

My visa expires on December 6th.

I will leave before that to Vietnam to Ho Chi Minh as my agency recommended, and apply for the DTV there.

I just want to make sure this plan is fully fine and that my stay history won’t cause any issues in the process.
