How can expats pay rent in Thailand without a Thai bank account?

No need a thai bank account. I pay my rent with my N26 bank account. I can order things online with my N26 credit card. And I can scan QR codes and Promtpay with Moreta. I go to an ATM once a month to get some cash. That’s it.
