If you have to count the days exactly, just grab a calendar and count the days keeping in mind that the day you had entered counts as day one even if you had entered late at night. That's day one and the last day will be the day of your departure so you need to include also that one.

If you go to a mall look for the yellow bank called Krungsri. Bring your passport and a Mastercard. Even prepaid is good. You hand your passport and card and you pay zero commission right into the Bank with good exchange rates. If you have only Visa card they will charge 200 THB. If you go with any card to an ATM it will be the worst. Or you could bring enough cash and choose a booth with the best exchange rate.
