Going to savannakhet is really easy. 600 thb by bus to mukdahan. And then a small bus for cross the border. For me it's easier to go to savannakhet

More than 1000 people are waiting everydays at Vientiane. Savannakhet is a small town and people who works at the immigration are friendlier. Nightmare is maybe not the correct word, should say really boring.

Immigration at Vientiane is horrible... Should go to savannakhet, its easier!
