Last question 😁 if I leave the country during 1 month and I come back with a tourist visa. Can I then get a guardian visa without leaving the country? My daughter is also studying in Thailand with an ED visa and I could be her guardian. Besides, my son is under 14 years old and I was told on another forum that he doesn't need a visa. Is this true? That's two questions 😜
