According to me the expats on longterm visas, owners of properties & people with Thai families should have been the first one's to enter, but Irony Is that they were taken for granted like the economy!

You just missed the eligibility to obtain Certificate of entry(COE) by couple of day's. As far as my knowledge Is concerned, you need to Initiate a Non-B with all supporting documents as you did for the first time, good luck!
