 it’s probably easier (less confusing) to send to your Thai bank and then transfer to your friends

Swift works well Ensure you nominate funds to buy property so you can get the money out of Thailand if and when you want to

It is also usually beneficial to let the Thai bank do the exchange. In my case $AUD sent and converted once it hit the Thai bank
