I'm not sure which is best That will depend on your situation but I suggest you look at all the Visa types and see which one suits you best. Some must be applied for in your own country, some in Thailand and some anywhere but Thailand and it would be silly to decide the best one needs to be applied for in Aus when you've already left. 😀
