haha it’s correct name is non O or non OA Visa and it’s for 3 months and then what you get is an ‘extension based in retirement’

Using commonly used incorrect terminology is what causes lots of confusion

You have the visa, next you will apply for "an extension based on retirement" There isn't anything called a pensioner visa

Not that much cash 😀When you transfer funds visa Swift, Wise and others you are asked to enter a reason ( code) From memory it’s something like ‘ long stay’ or ‘retirement’

Extension based on retirement requires funds in a Thai bank ( citi and chase are not Thai banks)

Lots of embassies don’t require seasoning just a final balance of 500 K Thb. A search may help you find those that suit you

A rejection doesn't make it a scam Perhaps the passport info wasn't correct, Perhaps there was another error in the application, perhaps the person looking at your application didn't believe your information. Just because you are unaware doesn't make it a scam. You could look t it another way - you were incredibly lucky to be approved the second time around 😀
