that’s not correct for obtaining the non O but MAY be required for an extension IF you bank with Bangkok bank and don’t meet their requirements

All applications are on line now so there’s no point in going in person

You will need to complete the appropriate visa application form

No one cares where your income is from as long as there is the equivalent of 500k thb in a savings account

I haven’t seen those requirements either just successfully applicants who have shown the full amount for the entire period Who knows they may have been approved with just the final balance😀

opening a bank account is only difficult if you don’t have the appropriate Visa. A tourist Visa even a DTV is not considered appropriate
