Every medical DTV I have read about required meeting the medical practitioner in person and getting a treatment plan

Some people managed approval based on 1 appointment but that is unlikely now but even those were initially in Thailand to get all the paperwork etc and then applied from outside Thailand

No as long as its equivalent of 500k thb

Yes but it can be from any country Some are easier than others so its worth checking specific embassies

Just make sure your passport name is the same as your application name. That is where lots of errors/cancellations happen

 individual embassies may ask for different documents or extra dry but none say funds must be in a Thai bank for DTV visa nor do they change the amount

Anything could change in the future so that’s pretty irrelevant 😀

 for DTV it can be any bank not for all visa types Proof is on the Thai visa website
