There is no consistent answer. I'd say that if you are due to renew your visa etc then make the tm30 from the last trip near your renew date. Otherwise don't bother

I've seen gate 2 closed and you have to go thru gate 1 ...walk airside, then re-enter gate 2 to get to the small cupboard the 2 reentry officers sit

worth stressing the "2" as going through "1" means you need to enter the departure area and walk back in ( and spot the wee cupboard the pleasant 2 officers sit)

. In jomtien office they accept the tm30 WITHOUT any house/condo papers but you do need the i.d of who you pay the rent to. (I assume this is a big tax chase lol). You also need the renters contract.

wrong info. Just need landlord I.d. and rental contract. Done it in jomtien many times

I had all the forms and paperwork and photo beforehand and they done my stamp in literally seconds. They don't charge any extra either

No fee. You do need to fill in a form tho and it's normally lodge and return following day ( jomtien)
