I needed it. The officer at MTT Bangkok will have that PoA form for you. House owner has to sign, you bring it, buy 2 tax stamps for 18 baht at the booth on ground floor and you can do your TM.30.
thanks! Good to know that won’t fly. I have an older residence certificate from my previous non-O extension, but might need a more recent one for driving license. However now switched to non-O multiple entry since I usually travel every 90 days anyway. Need to go through embassy then.
So for a non-O this only works on 1-year extensions, not for a year-long multiple entry non-O with 90-day entries, correct? Or could one do a superfluous 90-day report just before the 90-day expiry? (Just to get the certificate of residence)
