Pattaya is a great fun city but keep your wits about you All city's have rip off joints If your not told a price ask before buying and be prepared to back down in a dispute with the locals You won't win and the police arnt on your side

Banks seem to make up the rules as they go along The area I will be at is quite rural and when my wife asked they said yea just come in with blue book proof of marriage and we can do it So who knows
