Has anyone with a DTV experienced questioning during immigration in Thailand due to a history of tourist visas?

The only reason why I got the DTV was because the Thai immigration started to ask me about what I was doing/how long I was staying each time I entered.

I just counted a total of 42 entries + 1 extension prior to the DTV on my passport in the past 24 months. I enter Thailand approx. once a week/bi-weekly for the past 6 years.

No questions asked regarding my entries during my DTV application in Taipei.

I did see an entire plane of passengers from Indonesia getting questioned at immigration last weekend at DMK, possibly on Visa Exempt.

But when it came to my turn, I showed my DTV and was let through with no questions asked. This is my 2nd entry since getting my DTV 2 weeks ago, both went smoothly.
