Yeah, I had showed them 3 accounts total, and one was only 2.5 months consecutive.

I had a similar experience and they sped it up when I was close to the date I was supposed to go to Thailand.

They are aware but if it’s really rough they aren’t going to budge.

I just finished HCMC from Da Nang, and it was a lot of work.

Took about 5 business days to get requests for documents, and I got two. The last one getting approved right before I was suppose to leave.

If I was to do it again I would say go to Hanoi for the speed alone.

I applied on the 25 of Feb and was approved on the 13th of March.

I would just stay put. They really grilled me about being in Da Nang.

I would have got rejected if I didn’t stay put.

They wanted two selfies outside businesses in da Nang with my phone up to show the date, and a receipt from grab with my name on it to prove I was where I said it was. They would only accept the day they asked for the documents too. (March 12th)

Something about my application must have made them suspicious, but yeah I wouldn’t risk it.
