Not all DTVers state their income. Embassies approve many applicants with no income for the Softpower option. Retirees, Students, Elite visa holders, working visa holders do not show tax payments on arrival.
Yes, you do but the regulation of registration and payment is not complete yet. They will not announce showing tax payment receipts on arrival for the same reason they do not ask other visa holders to do it.
Showing tax payment via an immigration office extension is possible as that is common in other countries too. Showing it at immigration on arrival, NO.
Yes they could but it will not be changed to 30 day entries. Visa exemption and the DTV are different even if they come under the tourist umbrella in many respects.
You know what it means, The DTV gives you a 5 year stay , We all know it does not mean a 5 year stay without leaving the country. Seems very childish this nitpicking to downgrade the DTV.
