What are the experiences and tips for using the Ubon Ratchathani Immigration Office for visa extensions?

Use the office at Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University. The office is near the main entrance to the university.

Not there currently but was there in May and June. Also used to work in Ubon and never had any problems with them.

Normally isn't that busy, at least late afternoon whenever I went.

They have always been friendly and helpful to me.

what type of extension would qualify for changing visa type? Am getting an education visa, but I have had a job offer since submitting my ed visa application

What is the process for obtaining a Non-O long stay retirement visa in Thailand, and what are the bank requirements?

I think Bim means that when you apply for the visa you don't need the funds in the account for 2 months.

But when you apply for the extension, the money will have to have been in the account for 3 months prior to the extension.

I don't know anything about this, just clarifying what Bim said so don't ask me about it haha

Do you have to quarantine for 14 days when returning to the UK from Thailand?

Hi Thailand is not on the list of quarantine exempt countries when arriving in England.
