Your school is not a good one. Some schools play games for 3 months to decide if they actually want the teacher. Find a different school.

 I have been in Thailand and on a marriage visa for 15+ years. I was allowed to work when I had work permits. You shouldn't have any issues.

You can work if you have a work permit, but you can only work for the place you have the work permit for.

It's supposed to be, but not always. My friend sometimes is okay sometimes not depending on which officer she gets.
